The largest offshore project in the history of RMDC.

On 2nd May 2012 LMG Marin S/A, Norway (LMG) subcontracted to Remontowa Marine Design & Consulting (RMDC) a part of the design of drilling vessel, type ESPADON 200 EAS for Brazilian yard Estaleiro Atlantico Sul (EAS). Design of drilling equipment has been the responsibility of National Oilwell Varco (NOV). Majority of basic design has been prepared by LMG while RMDC has prepared part of basic design including complete electrical systems, HVAC, part of deck equipment and some ER piping systems as well as detailed design of all ordinary ship systems and structures. RMDC scope increased successively by procurement assistance, integration of drilling systems design as well as a part of detail design of drilling systems.

RMDC completed its works in 2015. Participation in such a large offshore project is an extremely experience for RMDC and gives it track record being spring-board for even larger offshore projects like FPSOs, FSOs or offshore rigs. It also further opens the door to large lucrative offshore market.
