Yesterday, a ceremony related to the implementation of a project carried out for Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL) took place at Remontowa Shipbuilding S.A.
As part of the event, two important milestones of the program were symbolically marked:
- the keel laying of the first vessel being built under the project
- the start of steel cutting for the second vessel
This is another stage of work confirming the progress of the order and the strong cooperation of all parties involved in the undertaking. Such moments are always an important element of the shipbuilding process and constitute a significant signal of the project’s development.
As Remontowa Marine Design & Consulting, we are proud to participate in the implementation of this project in cooperation with the Norwegian design office LMG Marin, further developing our competencies in the design of electric and hybrid ferries and supporting the idea of sustainable shipping.
